trick or EAT?!?!?!

Parker has never had a candybar in his life so the concept of Halloween was a bit foreign to him... in a lot of ways. First, he got to dressup and wear cool black make-up under his eyes (he was a football player). Then he got to walk around the neighborhood and say hi to everyone and blow kisses at them, which is totally his thing since he has never met a stranger he didn't like. The hardest concept for him though was the whole candy thing and how much he got (or in some cases he could take). We were in NY this year for Halloween and basically we were trick or treating so Aunt Lahlah would have some loot. The very first house we went to the neighbor had a big bowl of M&M's and gave Parker a bag. Parker blew her a kiss and said "Thanks" and she said b/c he was so cute he could go ahead and take one more. Well, I guess in his little head, one more meant the whole bowl b/c the next thing we knew he had hold of the whole bowl and was blowing the lady kisses. It got a little easier after that first house but he still wasn't sure what was even in the bright orange and blue wrappers. He just knew he enjoyed all the attention and that he was getting lots of laughs.
