Trevis, being the thoughtful and terrific husband that he is bought a GPS for my van. He figured that since I am in a new place and don't know my way around at all that I could use a little assistance (which he would be correct in thinking). If you aren't familiar with a GPS it's basically a navigational device that allows you to punch in your destination and it then tells you where and when to turn and gets you there drama-free and very easily (think: automated Mapquest at your fingertips)
So, we were headed to a pool the other day and the directions were a little complicated. The GPS has this automated voice that kept telling me to "turn right in 2 miles". Thinking I knew where I was going, I skipped the right turn but then drove around in circles a few times. After a few minutes, Parker finally pipes up, "Mom, the girl said to go right. You need to listen to her. She knows where to go."
From now on, I will listen to that voice. Lillie thinks "she" is real and yells "Hi hi" at the box in close range. It's really quite humorous.
