Where do I begin? 24 hours in a van, 1500 miles and 2 small children in tow we are home from our NY vacation!! Having grown up in NY I took for granted that the city was a train ride away, the beach was a bike ride away and the best slice of pizza and most scrumptious bagels were a walk away. We had the greatest time sharing in all these adventures with our kids as we spent some time at my parents on Long Island. The trip was originally intended as a bridal shower for my sister but as Trev and I started talking we realized our kids are at such a great age to try this roadtrip. I can't even begin to condense all the photos we took, so over the next couple of days I will post pics from our daily excursions. Parker and Lillie were exceptional (sleeping wherever they needed too, sitting in a 5 point harness the WHOLE time in the van, and being troopers when the occasion called for it) and the #1 reason why this vacation will go down as one of my favorites ever!

Soooo glad you had an awesome time! I knew you would and knew the kiddos would be super troopers! What a joy to have fun trips with kiddos that go down as beautiful memories in the book of our lives! Miss you!
Yippee!!! I have been waiting for these pics. Looks like an amazing trip and such neat memories for your kids to have. They will really treasure all that they got to see and do.
SO exciting about Lauren's shower. Can't wait to see your pics of that.
I really miss your face and getting to talk to you :)
Love you
