Happy Birthday Park! What a joy you are! When I think back to your 6th birthday I want to remember how sweet, loving and kind you are at this moment. Your thoughtful and generous spirit is unlike any other little guy I know. Two recent stories come to mind. The first was just this past weekend. At every Reds game we always pass a dozen or so homeless people on our way to the stadium with signs asking for any number of things (but mostly money). This last game was no exception and you already had a plan in place. Dad and I said you could bring a nickle or quarter to give one of the guys but when you went to give him the money you gave him one of your hard earned dollars along with it! That night when we talked about it you said to me, "Well the bible says to Honor God with your money and I thought that was a good way to do some honoring."

Our hope and prayer for you on this 6th birthday is that you will grow up to love God with all your heart and continue to demonstrate it to everyone who meets you. You really are an amazing kid!

Happy Birthday Parker! Your parents have helped shape you into an awesome and kind-hearted little man. I can only imagine how you will grow in the years to come. Blessings!
What a sweet and caring boy you are, Parker. But of course you would be with the great parents you have! I pray your b-day was a super fun one and know that Josh, Jovey, Laney and I missed our Krispy Kreme donut party with you this year! Hugs!
oh man.. Parker has taken up a new craving for donuts. Last week when we had the power outage Kroger was giving away boxes of donuts so I took one, just 1, box of powdered donuts. Both kiddos bugged and begged for them several times a day. I don't even wan tto think what a Krispy Kreme woudl do to them! We miss you too~ Next year,... we have to resume our beach getaway! We have too!!!
i soooo agree. here's praying for good deals and perfect weather all before parker starts school! not a tall order at all! ;-)
it may not have ot be before school starts afterall... I htink the school system talks all crazy but a kid in Parker's class just came back after a 9 day, yes, 9 day trip to Disney World!!! We're thinking we may not worry about the vacation during the school year thing... we'll see.. I need to talk to some more parents...
