It was completely and totally peaceful, beautiful, breathtaking AND exactly what I needed to see after being couped up with the kiddos for almost 2 weeks straight. We had exhausted every toy, every game, every craft, and every book we own and I woke up wondering what in the world I would do with them that day? Apparently, God thought we should just sit and enjoy the time we had together. Which is exactly what we did. I am soo thankful for quiet moments (since they are far and few these days) and I am soooo thankful for a God who thinks I need them and sends them my way!

Beautiful picture ... thanks for sharing. After the warm weather today, our snow is just about gone. And tomorrow will probably set a new high temperature record for this area.
God is sooo good to provide moments that display His peace, His joy, His beauty in only ways such as a blanket of fresh, clean snow! Thanks for always seeking ways to see God and experience Him in the ways we so often forget in the midst of earthly chaos and then teaching your children to appreciate and love the same attributes of our awesome Heavenly Father!
