My running buddies

Every morning we start our day with a "jammie run". We do a 3 mile loop and the kids listen to music and eat cereal. It's a great way to start our day and they are good comic relief when I am running up those hills in 100% humidity.

You girls are gonna get it! We are taking "jammie walks" for 6-8 weeks until I am healed... you're a bunch of little old lady naggers:)

Love you both!!!Say prayers that I survive this walking thing! After 17 years of running, walking and cross training seems quite lame!

i'm sure that walking is a lame form of exercise for such a veteran runner as yourself, but hopefully, it will b a fast period in your life and your running shoes will be burning tread before you know it! love you and want you in tip top condition soon!

ha!ha! I am always the person behind the camera & Pete avoids it:) Noah has a picture book called my family & we always joke around because the mom & dad spaces have pictures of stick people on them because we have no real pics to put in it! we are going to a wedding next weekend & I'll hand over the camera to get a pic. Have a great Sunday

I showed emma your blog this morning to get ready for your trip here. She said, "I will play with parker, that big boy and sammy will play with Lillie." After all these years of just seeing pictures I am giddy with excitment to finally meet your kids!!! I don't think 24 hours is going to be long enough!!
